HOW IT WORKS

Rentals
Before you rent from us, we need:
-Copy Of Valid Texas Driver's License For Each Driver
-Credit Card
-Copy Of Insurance On The Towing Vehicle
Once you choose a trailer you would like to rent, give us a call and we will send you a link to sign the rental agreement. Once you sign and send that back to us along with a copy of your drivers license, and proof of insurance, we will send you the code to proceed to checkout on this website. Once payment is received you are good to pick up the trailer on the chosen date!
1. BOOKING
When you pick up your trailer you will be given a code to the lockbox that is inside the toolbox. It will have the key to unlock the ball hitch lock inside of it. Once unlocked, place key back inside of the lockbox and place the ball hitch lock inside toolbox to avoid losing it. When hooking up the trailer ensure that you hook the emergency brake cable directly on to your vehicle (the small cable with the carabiner) not the safety chains. Once you are hooked up you are ready to go!
2. PICKUP
When returning the trailer we ask that you put back the way you found it. Reattach the ball hitch lock, ensure key is back in the lockbox, and that the trailer is fully disconnected from your vehicle. Once finished with the trailer send pictures or a short video for confirmation of the return and condition it was left.
3. RETURN
We understand that these are utility trailers and will be used as such. Scrapes and dings are going to happen and we are not worried about them. As outlined in the rental agreement, missing tools or parts, and major damages are the only extra charges that would come up after we inspect our trailers upon return.
